Why we don't offer refunds?

• Hygiene and Health Concerns: Once an item of clothing has been worn by a pet, it can be exposed to fur, dander, saliva, or other bodily fluids. This makes it a potential hygiene risk if returned the resold or even handled by staff. 
• Allergies and sensitivities: Future customers or staff might have allergies. Returned clothing that has been in contact with pets could carry allergens.
• Product Integrity: We wants to assure all customers that they are receiving brand new, unused products as we would not like to compromise our trust with customers.

What is the best way to wash our coat?

Either hand wash or putting it on a delicate wash in the washing machine, on its own, is the best way to wash our coat. We would recommend not using the machine dryer/tumble dryer. Air drying or line drying our coat is the best way as we believe letting the coat naturally dry in the air is much better.
